Who Will Survive?

Arguably, Grey's Anatomy is one of the most emotional shows audiences will ever come across. I've been an avid fan since Season 2 was on television. I have made several friends big fans too, some of them stating that "it is the best show they've ever watched". And now 7 years on, we are faced with potentially the most tear-jerking season opening yet.

Season 8: an emotional roller coaster of a finale

The last season left us devastated, seeing Mark confess his love to a dying Lexie, Derek and Arizona severely injured and Meredith having a mental breakdown (what's new?!). It matched the shock-factor of the Season 6 "shooting" finale, but in a very different way. Lost in a forest following a plane crash, the doctor's were now the patients and with no-one around to save them, could they muster their strength and aid to each other before help eventually came?


ABC have released a promotional video for the new season, starting in the US on September 27th (hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer for it across the pond!) and it hints that not all of the character's left at the end of Season 8 made it. Make sure you tune in to find out. Give me the tissues, I'm going to need them!
