Best films of the 2017 so far from Get Out and Baby Driver to Wonder Woman


We're just a little over halfway through 2017, so what better time to look back on the first few months of the year and the best of what cinema had to offer us so far. From awards season treating us to brilliant outings such as La La Land and Moonlight to the beginnings of a strong-looking summer blockbuster with the likes of Wonder Woman and Baby Driver, there's certainly been something for every kind of movie lover to enjoy.

From Manchester By The Sea and Fences to Hugh Jackman's last stand as Wolverine, Logan, All Things Screen lists the titles that have come out tops when it comes to both critics and fans alike...

Baby Driver review: Edgar Wright's toe-tapping thrill ride is the film this blockbuster season needs


This summer, filmmaker Edgar Wright makes his eagerly-anticipated return to the big screen with Baby Driver; a slick crime comedy drama - that doubles as a jukebox musical - featuring the likes of Jon Hamm, Lily James and Ansel Elgort. But with heavy-hitters Jamie Foxx and Kevin Spacey filling out the line-up, does the movie manage to live up to its star-studded cast?

The World's End review: In this hot weather, cool off with a Cornetto!

The boys are back in town in The World's End

Disaster movies are hitting the cinemas hard this summer, with This Is The End and World War Z all out now, so it seems appropriate that Simon Pegg, Edgar Wright and Nick Frost's third instalment, of what they are now deeming "The Cornetto Trilogy", has been released now.

Wright, director of both Shaun Of The Dead and Hot Fuzz presents The World's End, fronted by his two favourite teammates Pegg and Frost, but this time including some other very famous names in the biz thrown in for good measure.
